Professional Consultant
Eye on Ergonomics Inc. is a safety ergonomics and process improvement consulting firm that assists customers in creating a safer workplace. This is done through program development, training and education, physical demands analyses and ergonomic evaluations. Our clients include the healthcare industry, the office environment and personal injury/malpractice attorneys. We believe in patient safety and offer expert witness services in areas of ergonomics, biomechanics, falls and patient handling transfer cases.
ABOUT ME
Consulting with Purpose
Over 20 years of experience in patient safety and safe patient handling. Taught classes on safe patient handling, fall prevention, use of technology for risk management, healthcare ergonomics, and implementation of safety cultures. Taught as an adjunct professor in area of clinical biomechanics. Presented nationally for over a decade in patient handling and healthcare technology. Published peer review articles nationally on safe patient handling/technology/bariatric technology. Performed grant writing/IRB submissions/clinical trials. Implemented safe patient handling programs in acute care hospitals across US. I have worked as a Certified Industrial ergonomist for over 16 years and have experience in depositions and testimony.
